Case
Humanaq
A hundred pages of content, and no clear next step
AI platform for M&A
In short
Of the three this is the best-run site: a hundred pages, an active blog, two measurement systems and even an llms.txt. What is missing sits at the end of the funnel, which is exactly where the money is.

The situation
Humanaq builds an AI platform that makes execution risk in mergers and acquisitions visible: the human side of a deal, where most value evaporates in practice. The buyers are advisers and investors who already know the subject and judge it on substance rather than reach.
The basis is excellent. Over a hundred pages in the sitemap, a blog that is actively kept up, measurement through both Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and an llms.txt telling AI models in plain language what this company does. We come across that last one almost nowhere.
What is missing sits at the end. On the home page we found no clear action at all for a visitor who is convinced: no form, no demo request, no call button among the links we could read. All that content brings people in, and then it stops. On top of that, the structured data stating who Humanaq is is absent, while the rest of the findability sits at a hundred.
Baseline
Measured with our own findability scan on 8 September 2026. Every figure can be checked: run the scan on this domain and you get the same result.

|---|---|---|---|
| Message clarity | 100% | 100% | 48-character title, one main heading, meta description present |
| Search visibility | 100% | 100% | Sitemap, robots.txt and canonical present |
| Insight | 75% | 90% | Active blog, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, updated one day before the measurement |
| Trust and proof | 55% | 85% | Reviews or cases, client names and a privacy statement |
| AI readiness | 40% | 90% | No structured data; AI crawlers are not blocked; llms.txt present |
| Conversion path | 0% | 85% | No clear action found among the links on the home page |
| Overall | 62% | 92% |
The Target column is where we want to stand within ninety days. That is a target we set ourselves, not a promise and not a measured outcome.

What we steer on
The engine runs and the measurement is in place. What it lacks is the exit: from reader to conversation. That is one intervention with the largest lever of the three.
What we report on
These are the figures we will show, with the point we started from beside them. Results go here once they are measured and the client is happy to show them.
| Metric | Starting point |
|---|---|
| Demo and call requests | Zero measurable actions on the home page at the time of measurement |
| Organic traffic per article | Available in Google Analytics 4, not yet tracked as a series |
| Mentions in AI answers about execution risk | Still to be established |
| Overall scan | 62 out of 100 on 8 September 2026 |
Priorities
In order of leverage. The Impact column is our assessment up front, based on how far an area sits below target and how much work it takes to close.
| Nr | Action | Why now | Impact | Timing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | One clear action on the home page | This area sits at zero. Everything the content brings in currently dead-ends on a page without a next step. | Hoog | Week 1 |
| 02 | Repeat that same action under articles and next to the proof | In this market someone reads three pieces first and only then decides. The action belongs where that moment falls. | Hoog | Week 1 to 2 |
| 03 | Entity layer: Organization, WebSite and Service in structured data | The rest of the findability sits at a hundred, but a model cannot establish who this company is. That is the difference between being found and being named. | Hoog | Week 2 |
| 04 | Make the proof heavier | Advisers and investors do not buy on a promise. Substance and recognisable names weigh more here than reach. | Midden | Week 3 to 8 |
| 05 | Aim the content programme at the questions asked before a deal | The blog already runs. Aiming it at the orientation phase makes it the source AI quotes from as well. | Midden | Ongoing |
